Medley started as a hobby of our founder, Charles Thurman. He would travel and try unique smoked and grilled foods from his travels, and then would replicate it in the backyard for family and friends. BBQ grew into a passion as Thurman came up with his own concepts and realized that people really enjoyed it as they spent time together. The name and concept of Medley simply means a "Medley" of foods cooked with smoke and fire
Our primary goal is to provide great tasting, quality food every day. Everything is prepared from scratch with care and attention to detail. While we feature American based BBQ, we simply love foods cooked with fire and smoke and think you will too.
Pretty darn good. I loved the brisket bowl. The brisket is delish. Those brisket baked beans are one of a kind. The corn bread muffins are heavenly. The Mac & cheese is good. Medleys is a hit.
Its a small place. It's pick up and go. The best NON-pork BBQ. It's my favorite BBQ place. I also have tried the brisket. It is delicious!
My boyfriend and I have visited this establishment a numerous amount of times and they never disappoint. We always get the smoked chicken wings, brisket, brisket baked beans, and Mac and cheese...
The dinner was absolutely delicious! I had the grilled wings, Mac n cheese, and black eyed peas. I will be visiting again!
